A Reference Sheet for Cassandra, Isaac's Ballast and Solomon's "companion" for Highway.

As a fuller explanation, her Tactile Telepathy works through about 3 inches of material. So She could wear gloves as well as perform the technique through clothing. Sustained telepathic communication requires significant effort, though it is useful for interrogation and suggestion.

In Combat she'll channel her psychic energy through her blows, confusing her opponents by messing with their perceptions and thought-processes. Creating distractions, Psychosomatic sensations, or just reading their minds and predicting their next movements.

She can rely complex messages through a single touch, as well as connect two individuals telepathically so long as she remains touching them both.
